You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
Pick Up In Store orders will be available for collection from the AIS Shop, AIS Visitor Centre, Leverrier Street Bruce ACT.
Please wait for your 'awaiting pickup' email prior to visiting the Shop to pick up your order.
Once your order is ready you may collect it between the following hours:
- Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sat-Sun: 10:00am - 4:00pm
School & Group Tour Bookings
Pick Up In Store is an excellent option for parents or guardians of children visiting the AIS with a tour group. To ensure your order is packed and ready for collection by the correct school or visiting group, please including the following information in the "Order comments" box on the "Your Cart" page before clicking "Place Order":
- Name of school/group:
- Date and time of visit:
- Name of student/athlete collecting the order.
